Nicolas, your instructor trainer, will lead this crossover. His experience teaching under other systems and deep immersion in Molchanovs gives him a significant perspective — he’ll walk you through both the art and structure of this system with clarity and heart.

Molchanovs Instructor Crossover – What’s included

Instructor course contents

• Theory & Dry skills : relaxation, breathing, mental techniques, Molchanovs teaching methodology, techniques for dry and confined water teaching, open water teaching strategies, business, marketing and risk management
• Instruction & evaluation : leading warm-up sessions, classroom presentations, dry skill demonstrations, confined-water and open water instruction, student interaction and feedback, professionalism

Duration : 3 days minimum

• Complete online instructor manual
• 3 days min. of guided training

• Methods for teaching theory, dry training, and in-water skills

• Validation of performance requirements

• International e-certification on successful completion

If you cannot satisfy all the requirements by the end of the instructor course, you will have up to 1 year to validate them.
