The Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor upgrade course empowers you to teach expert freedivers — to guide students through mouthfill, mental depth training, FRC dives, and the full spectrum of deep teaching.

Over a minimum of 3 full immersive days, your instructor trainer Nicolas will share from his experience in depth, training, and leadership. By the end, you’ll carry both the know-how and the presence to teach Lap/Wave 3 courses with confidence.

Instructor course contents

• Theory & Dry skills : mouthfill equalization technique & teaching methods, FRC diving fundamentals, advanced mental training and preparation, classroom pedagogy, lesson planning, student feedback
• Instruction & evaluation : dry and in-water presentations, confined and open water skill demonstrations, student assessment and course management

Duration : 3 days minimum

• Complete online instructor manual
• 3 days min. of guided training

• Methods for teaching theory, dry training, and in-water skills

• Validation of performance requirements

• International e-certification on successful completion

If you cannot satisfy all the requirements by the end of the instructor course, you will have up to 1 year to validate them.
